We had so much fun participating in the Sandy Mountain Days Parade last Thursday! The Sandy Mountain Days Parade is a traditional parade held each summer that kicks off the Sandy Mountain Festival. This summer marked the 41st anniversary of the festival, “an event the community calls its own” (www.SandyMountainFestival.org). The parade draws out over 5,000 viewers from all over the area and is an event that truly unites our Portland & Mt. Hood communities. This year the festival fell on Fourth of July weekend, so it only made sense to dub the theme Hometown USA. We’re proud to support our town of Sandy, Oregon and encourage you to explore many more of America’s towns this summer from the comfort of a reliable pre-owned RV.
