   Test slide outs for proper operation
   Lubricate all slide components & seals (as necessary)
   Inspect applicable hydraulic lines
   Ensure proper operation of control board
   Clean all jacks, including foot pads

APPLIANCE SERVICE        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Clean refrigerator, water heater,furnace, burner tube assemblies
   Check operation of refrigerator, water heater and furnace
   Verify proper air mixture on water heater
   Clean stove burners of debris
   Check operation of stove
   Replace interior air-conditioner filters, as needed
   Visually inspect rooftop air-conditioning units

WATER HEATER SERVICE        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Check condition of Anode Rod
   Check relief valve
   Adjust burners and electrodes

 

OVEN/RANGE SERVICE        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Check for proper LP pressure and adjust as needed
   Check for an accumulation of dirt, grease, dust or spider webs
   Light each range burner one at a time
   Check for variable flame

 

FURNACE SERVICE        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Clean/Inspect/Adjust electrode assembly
   Clean blower wheel
   Test module board/inspect and clean board contacts
   Inspect fan motor
   Clean and inspect vent tubes and outer casing
   Reassemble furnace using new gaskets

 

REFRIGERATION SERVICE        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Verify unit is air tight in compartment
   Refrigerator is properly vented (roof and sidewall)
   Clean and adjust burner orifice
   Inspect and test all door seals
   Check LP pressure and proper voltage
   Clean roof vent and check baffle

 

WATER SYSTEM CHECK        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Check water pump operation
   Check all faucets
   Check holding tank
   Check fresh water fill
   Complete water line pressure test

 

LP INSPECTION SERVICE        EVERY 12 MONTHS

   Inspect regulators and LP tanks
   Complete a drop-down pressure test
   Complete a line pressure test
   Check all LP detectors

   Verify CO detector and operation
